INDUSTRIAL OT

Deterministic Predictive Maintenance

Physics-based anomaly detection for SCADA and OT environments — engineered with zero machine learning, full auditability, and native integration into the systems your plant already runs.

What we engineer.

Predictive-maintenance buyers have learned to be skeptical of black boxes. The model that flagged something last quarter has no answer when the plant manager asks why it is silent today. Our team engineers the opposite: detection driven by the physics of the rotating equipment your plant actually runs, with rules that produce the same answer on the same data every time, across deployments, across hosts, across years. No training set, no model drift, no quiet retraining required to keep the alert valid.

We engineer for the environment your plant already runs. Native integrations via OPC-UA, MQTT, and Kafka pull telemetry from the SCADA layer; ingestion paths exist for CSV, WAV, and MATLAB for the data engineers and reliability teams who work outside the OT bus. Outputs route into the asset-management systems your team already trusts. Deployment is a shippable image the client runs anywhere — including fully air-gapped sites inside the plant perimeter, where no internet connection is required.

ENGINEERING APPROACH

  • Physics-based detection, zero ML

Failures detected by the physics of rotating equipment. No training set, no model drift, no quiet retraining required to keep the alert valid.

  • Byte-identical results across deployments

The same input produces the same answer on a different day, on a different host, in a different region. The audit room and the operations room agree.

  • Native SCADA / OT integration

OPC-UA, MQTT, and Kafka as first-class transports — plus CSV, WAV, and MATLAB ingestion for the engineers working outside the bus. Air-gapped spool mode for sites that cannot connect.

  • Air-gapped, edge-native deployment

A shippable image the client deploys anywhere — including fully air-gapped sites inside the plant perimeter, where no internet connection is required.

WHERE THIS FITS

This capability is the engineering bar industrial buyers ask for in oil & gas, power generation, and semiconductor — environments where downtime is measured in millions per hour and a black-box alert is not enough.

How we engage.

We start with a 30-minute scoping call. Within 2 weeks you have a senior team scoped, sized, and starting. Standard engagements run 3 months minimum. Three engagement models: project (fixed scope, fixed fee), dedicated team (a senior squad on your roadmap), or staff augmentation (named senior engineers embedded in your delivery). The senior bar applies to all three.

Engineer predictive maintenance the plant manager can defend.

Tell us what you're monitoring — a fleet of pumps, a turbine, a compressor train, a semiconductor line, or a multi-site rotating-equipment estate.
